by our sister farm, Lavender Blue. We grow, harvest & distill primarily 3 varieties of Lavender; Angustafolia, Grosso & Provence. Our extraordinary and gorgeous Lavender varieties are all farmed naturally and
organically.

Aromatic Bunches of Lavender harvested and dried at the peak of the growing season to preserve a long lasting scent for years to come. We find the "Grosso" variety is the best and most beautiful for bunching because of it's deeper blue color even after it is dried, the expansive scent and the fact that it's flower buds hold to the stems better than other varieties. These beautiful bunches are wonderful for display in vases and for hanging or laying around the house, allowing their aromatic scent to waft it's soothing nature into your environment. Give them a gentle squeeze from time to time to renew freshness.
Our Dried Lavender Bunches weigh approximately 1/4 lb. each and range from about 15 - 18 inches in length, from bottom of stem to the tip top of their flower heads. We wrap tightly for shipping, however, some small flower buds may come loose during transit.

We offer our Premium Culinary Grade Lavender for your own custom blending, recipes or for making your own sachets and other scentful delights. Our Lavender by the Ounce is a custom blend of the Grosso and Provence varieties, a bit more expensive than other bulk lavenders, yet worth the difference in price. Our customers find its aromatic scent lasts years and years and because of its strength, you need use much less of it when blending or cooking. Simply, it's the best!
Our Premium Culinary Grade Lavender is available by the ounce. Lavender buds are quite light so an ounce goes a long way. To buy much larger quantities or to purchase by the pound, feel free to call or email us.

Hydrosols
Our Lavender Hydrosols are all Steam Distilled in The Sonoma & Napa Valley. There are two products that come naturally from the distillation of plant material. One being hydrosol or plant/flower water and the other being essential oil. While essential oils are extracted from the plant material during distillation, the waters, we call hydrosols, are a larger part of this process. We find that the true essences, the soul and the spirit of each plant, all its healing and medicinal properties are contained in the sublime hydrosols that are produced during the distillation process. Hydrosols contain all of the plant in every drop, just like a hologram. Here we have the water-soluble components, the essential-oil molecules, the very fluid that was flowing through the plant cells when the plant was collected. It's all there in a matrix of water that is so much more than water, one of the most recognized holographic substances in healing.
All the lavender used in these sublime and aromatic lavender waters/hydrosols is grown organically and some also biodynamically. Infuse your senses with the healing properties and heavenly scents of Sonoma County Lavender. Enjoy!

This hydrosol varietal is our strongest lavender varietal. It has a more concentrated scent with denser tones of light musk green woodiness with glorious high notes of AAAhhhhh!
This very unique varietal hydrosol is heavenly and euphoric with top notes that remind one of fresh high altitude lilies and the breathtaking clarity that mountain air brings. This water is produced with biodynamically farmed organic Alpine lavender.
We blend these 2 varietals before distillation and harvest at a precise time to get this
gorgeous proprietary scent that is so full and wonderfully lavender.
